We relocate your pet with trained animal handlers, to any locations in the world. We take care of all the documentation, one to one. Relocating your loving pets is no longer a hassle.
The first thing you will need to check is if your pet is allowed to fly. Some breeds are restricted. Snub-nosed dogs, such as Pugs, Bulldogs, Boxers, and cats, such as Persians, may be required various consents to fly on some airlines. This varies from airline to airline and weather conditions may factor, as some restrict travel only during the summer months. Once you confirm your pet can travel, you’ll need to check what the regulations for animal travel to your chosen destination are. Your pet will need to be micro chipped and have an updated complete vaccination status. Ectoparasite treatment is also recommended. Some countries may need further blood tests to detect exposure to disease prior to relocation. Many countries still require quarantine upon arrival. It is also important to note that not every city in your destination country will have a quarantine facility, so you will need to decide which airport to fly into.
How to book your pet.
Small dogs and cats may travel in the cabin in an FAA-approved pet carrier that fits comfortably under the seat in front of you. You can book your pet online, on the free Dash Transport Agency website or by contacting us..

Only one pet per customer is allowed.
A limited number of pets are allowed on each flight, so it’s best to book early.
We know how much you love to spoil your pet, but they’re not allowed in Mint.
Pets are NOT accepted on interline/codeshare bookings, regardless of booking source (dashtransportagency.com, travel agency, partner airline’s website, etc.).
Pets are not permitted on flights going to Jamaica, Barbados, St Lucia, the Cayman Islands, or Trinidad & Tobago.
TrueBlue members earn 300 extra points per segment for adding a pet to their booking.
Know Before You Go
Check the vaccination and documentation required for each destination on your itinerary. Know which countries allow pets to enter and which don’t.
Don’t forget your pet’s ID tags and license.
Your pet carrier cannot exceed 17″L x 12.5″W x 8.5″H, and the combined weight of your pet and the carrier must not exceed 20 pounds. The carrier must fit comfortably under the seat in front of you.

All pets must remain inside the pet carrier while at the airport and on the plane.
At the airport.
Already paid the pet fee and have your pet’s SSR code? You can check in 24 hours before your flight online, on the Dash Transport Agency website or at an airport kiosk.
Once you’re checked in, please stop by a full-service counter—or speak with a Dash Transport Agency crewmember in the self-service lobby—to obtain your special JetPaws® bag tag, which will be attached to your pet’s carrier so everyone knows they’re runway-ready. It also comes with some handy Petiquette® tips.
At the security checkpoint, remove your pet and carry (or walk) it while the pet carrier is x-rayed. Pets are allowed in the TSA Pre✓® line with approved travelers.

Have a pet stroller? You may gate-check it for no charge to the arrival gate or bag carousel at your destination.
All pets must remain inside the pet carrier while at the airport and on the plane.
Unless you’re at an airport that has a post-security pet relief area (like Dash Transport Agency’s T5 at JFK), you’ll need to exit the airport and return through security if your pet needs to relieve him/herself.
